The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration initiated a pre-project in Bangladesh on January 1, 2023, with the aim of developing a Danish-Bangladeshi strategic sector collaboration in the food and agriculture sectors.
On April 1, 2024, the pre-project was replaced by a three-year SSC-project, which primarily aims to support the green transition of the food and agriculture sectors in Bangladesh. The project will draw on Danish strongholds within the fields of food safety and ressource efficient food and agriculture production, with a particular focus on sustainable dairy production.
