Today, there are over 3500 eateries in Denmark that have the Organic Cuisine Label.
Only kitchens certified with the organic cuisine label in gold are allowed to describe themselves as “organic” kitchens.
The Organic Cuisine Label was lanched in 2009 and is managed by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration. Each kitchen is subject to an onsite inspection at least once a year. This ensures a trustworthy organic label, certified by the Danish authorities.
